In July of 2012 Devour Bakery opened its 100% Irish Artisan Bakery in Church Lane, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo. Devour Bakery offers a selection of the finest artisan Wheat, Spelt and Gluten free breads, Scones and Muffins freshly baked every morning. You can drool over our fresh cream counter which offers an array of products and we offer a colourful collection of cupcakes too good to eat.

We also specialize in Occasion, Novelty and Wedding Cakes and work closely with our clients to create a unique masterpiece for their special occasion.

About Yvonne

Yvonne trained as a Professional Chef in killybegs Catering College, Co. Donegal, Whilst there she was awarded 4 gold medals, a silver and a bronze in National Competitions in the decorated gateaux , Plated Dessert’s and Cold Souffle categories,

Yvonne was awarded a scholarship to Johnson and Wales University , Providence, Rhode Island, USA in 1997, here she gained extensive experience in her field. She completed her Culinary Arts Degree in Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and specialised in Pastry.
Yvonne lives with her husband James and their 3 children on their Farm in Cross, Co, Mayo.
